Hi, I'm Abed Ismail — founder of iBill.ca.
I've spent more than 30 years building practical business technology solutions, with much of that work in healthcare and oil and gas — industries where accuracy, reliability, and getting the details right truly matter.
My background is in Computer Science from Hocking Technical College in Ohio and Computer Systems in Business from Ohio University. Over the years, I've built software, automation tools, and operational systems for organizations that depend on clean processes, reliable numbers, and practical results. I have also worked on SAP R/3 implementation projects and closely with accounting teams to automate reports, improve workflows, and reduce manual work.
That experience is exactly why iBill.ca exists.
I have seen how much time Canadian small business owners lose to invoicing, bookkeeping, tax calculations, payment tracking, and year-end reporting — work that should be simple, accurate, and handled properly in the background.
